Discovery covers file recognition and vulnerability reporting. We guarantee that 95% of files on your network will be accurately recognised and reported. We also include access to a license repository as part of this price for you to be able to manage your own licenses.

Usage Management builds upon discovery and provides data on the usage of applications across your network: the number of instances and amount of processor time taken. This ensures that you are not spending on licenses for software that is not being used or is under utilised.

License Management is the highest level of managed service and effectively provides a rolling audit of your license position. Our license professionals review your license position and ensure that the license repository is correctly populated and maintained.

These prices are indicative and are based upon a client operating centralised purchasing with tight administrative controls and using either our own free e-link toolset, Altiris or SMS. Factors such as the number of geographical locations and access to proof of license information will also have a bearing on price.
