A Software Efficiency Audit will provide advice on the minimum level of software licensing required for you to continue to operate efficiently.
To do this an accurate inventory analysis is performed using the tools provided by us and then usage data is compiled over a period of 3 months.
The usage data is analysed and opportunities to reduce license renewals are identified in the following ways:-
- Unused software
- Under used software for which a free/low cost alternative is available
- Over specified software (instances where a higher level of software is installed than is required i.e. Acrobat vs Acrobat Reader)
This analysis includes thin client, server and browser based applications.
